How will I receive my digital files?
Your download link will appear after checkout and will also be sent to the email address used for your order. No physical item will be shipped.
I did not receive my download email. What should I do?
I suggest:
- checking spam, junk, and promotions folders to see if it landed there;
- confirming the checkout email address used;
- checking the order-status page;
- if none of that helps contacting me with the order number.
Can I access my downloads on a phone or tablet?
Files can usually be downloaded on mobile, but PDFs and ZIP archives may be easier to manage on a computer.
Cross-stitch patterns
What size fabric and hoop do I need?
Most of my designs are maid for 14 ct aida fabric and work best in a 7 in hoop. But you can find my recommended aida fabric ct and hoop size in each product description.
What colors should I buy?
On the last page of each pattern PDF I list the DMC colors used. Each DMC floss color corresponds to a number, and you can buy them in most craft stores as well as online. The number of colors used in each pattern can be found in the item description.
Can I use these files for commercial use?
No, these are for personal use only. These patterns are not to be resold.
